1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Wharfstone Hotel website at wharfstone.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website. Wharfstone Hotel trades from 25 & 39 Salamanca Place, Hobart TAS 7004, Australia.

2. Reservations and enquiries

Reservations are confirmed directly with our team after you submit an enquiry through this website or contact us by phone or email. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following:

• All room rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST
• Rates shown on our website are indicative ranges. Confirmed pricing is provided at time of booking
• Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking
• A valid credit or debit card is required to hold a reservation

3. Cancellation policy

Our standard Flexible Rate cancellation policy applies to direct bookings with Wharfstone Hotel:

• Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of one night's accommodation at the booked rate.

Cancellations must be made by contacting Wharfstone Hotel directly by phone or email.

4. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 pm
• Check-out: by 10:00 am
• Early check-in may be available on request, subject to availability - no charge
• Late check-out until 12:00 pm may be available on request - $30 charge applies
• Photo ID is required at check-in

5. Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Use this website in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with other users
